The Transformation You Can Expect
Clients come to coaching feeling…
→ Overwhelmed – Your thoughts feel cluttered, your to-do list never ends, and focus feels out of reach.
→ Stuck or Unsure – You sense something needs to shift, but you're not quite sure what—or how.
→ Hard on Yourself – That inner critic? Loud and relentless. Self-doubt may be stealing your momentum.
→ Curious – You're open to something new… even if you’re not exactly sure what that is yet.
→ Vulnerable – Let’s be honest—talking about what’s going on inside can feel scary. But you’re showing up anyway.
→ Hopeful – Even if just a tiny spark, there’s a belief that things can feel clearer, lighter, more you.
→ Ready for Change – You might not know the path, but you’re ready to take the first step.

They leave with...
→ Clarity – Fewer mental loops, more “Aha!” moments. You understand what you want and why.
→ Direction – A clear next step (or ten). You’re no longer spinning your wheels—you’re moving forward.
→ Tools for Real Life – Simple, powerful strategies to quiet the noise, shift perspective, and manage your mindset.
→ Confidence – That “I’ve got this” feeling. You trust yourself more and second-guess less.
→ Flexibility – You learn to pivot with grace instead of panic. Less rigidity, more resilience.
→ Emotional Balance – Less reactivity, more regulation. You respond instead of react.
→ Motivation – Progress feels possible again. You reconnect to your why.
→ Self-Compassion – You’re kinder to yourself. You stop “should-ing” and start supporting.
→ Momentum – You’ve started something meaningful—and you don’t have to do it alone.

your questions answered
"What is a Discovery Call?"
This 20-minute session is a casual, no-pressure conversation for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what you’re looking for in coaching, chat about your goals, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. Just bring your questions, curiosity, and your real self!
“What should I bring to the 1:1 coaching sessions?”
I suggest bringing a curious mind, your notebook or journal, and any thoughts, wins, or challenges you'd like to explore. Be ready to leave more empowered! I will meet you where you are mentally, no matter what kind of day you are having.
“Is coaching like therapy?”
Coaching and therapy are different. We come to coaching to help ourselves move forward when we are stuck, need motivation, accountability, and the focus is future oriented. Therapy is more geared toward healing by digging more deeply into behaviors past and present. In coaching we look at creating new habits and thought patterns and there is a reliance on mental wellness and health symptom-remission that allows for goal-oriented action that is not rooted in treatment of disorders.
Purpose: A life coach helps people achieve their goals and make positive changes, while a therapist treats mental health disorders.
Client Focus: Life coaches work with clients one-on-one or in group settings, while therapists typically see clients individually.
Baseline Mental Health: Coaching assumes stable mental health, while therapy can handle clinical issues like depression, anxiety, or trauma.
Orientation: Therapists are past-oriented, helping clients move through trauma and negative patterns, while coaches are future-oriented, guiding clients toward goals.
“Can I buy more sessions later?”
Absolutely! In general, many clients enjoy the process of working with a coach to stay organized, focused and moving forward. Obstacles become less and less obtrusive with the continual practice of tool use and the development of new, healthy habits.
